Facilities Maintenance and Custodial Coordinator
St. Joan of Arc Parish is seeking a Facilities Maintenance and Custodial Coordinator to help keep our churches, parish halls, offices, and other facilities clean, safe, well-maintained, and ready for parish activities.
This is a part-time, hourly position averaging approximately 30 hours per week and paying $20 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
- Routine cleaning and custodial work
- Setting up and taking down parish halls for funerals, meetings, meals, and other activities
- Completing minor repairs and general maintenance
- Moving tables, chairs, supplies, and equipment
- Helping maintain facilities at both the St. John Vianney and Our Lady of Lourdes campuses
- Cleaning and resetting parish spaces following weekend Masses and other events
Weekend availability is required. The normal schedule includes approximately one to two hours following the final Saturday Masses and two to three hours following the final Sunday Masses. Remaining hours will be scheduled during the week based on funerals, parish activities, cleaning needs, and maintenance projects.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, flexible, able to work independently, and comfortable performing both custodial and basic maintenance work. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between parish campuses are required.
